In Skänninge, we have a grain silo and seed facility that annually handles around 70 thousand tons of grain and seed with 10 regular employees.

We are now looking for a process operator who wants to work with us!

This is what you will do

As a process operator in production, you will have a varied job. Your tasks will consist of handling grain, which includes receiving, drying, cleaning, and loading, as well as improvement and hygiene work. The job involves a lot of contacts, both internal and with our customers. Grain handling is classified as food, and therefore there are high demands to maintain quality in accordance with applicable requirements. The work includes both independent work and teamwork. Shift work and some weekends during the harvest period, approx. weeks 30–35.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed high school or work experience with similar tasks.
• Experience in process work within production.
• Easy to read and understand instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in digital environments.
• Fluent Swedish.
• Driver's license B (loader, forklift, tractor).

You are:

• Proactive and take initiative.
• Aware of quality and attention to detail.
• Communicative and cooperative.
• Independent with a good ability to plan your workday.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during the day, with shift work during the harvest. The location is Skänninge, and you will report directly to the Operations Manager for Grain.
